2015 Implementation Grant -- Province-Wide Implementation of the Clinical Frailty Scale in an Electronic Medical Record System (eCritical) in Alberta (FRA 2015-B-20)

Dr. Rolfson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Alberta. In addition, he is Residency Program Director of Internal Medicine and Assistant Chair of Postgraduate Medical Education, both appointments in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Alberta. Dr. Rolfson obtained his M.D. from the University of Alberta, and completed residency training in both Internal Medicine and Geriatric medicine, also from the University of Alberta. Dr. Rolfson’s research interests include frailty assessment, quality of life outcomes across age, and social and physical determinants of health.
