Volunteer for our Advisory Committees
Are you passionate about improving care for older Canadians?
Canadian Frailty Network (CFN) is looking for enthusiastic citizen and HQP volunteers for its advisory committees. CFN addresses one of the biggest health and social care challenges facing Canadians: frailty in older adults.
With more than 1.2 million Canadians over the age 65 who can be classified as medically frail (expected to double in less than a decade), every Canadian, and every Canadian family, is touched by frailty at some point.
