Our Members and Partners

CFN offers both full and associate memberships to individuals and institutions.

CFN members receive regular updates on CFN activities and events, along with notices about funding and collaborative opportunities.

Full Members are approved by our Board of Directors and include Principal Investigators and Co-Investigators on our funded projects, their host institutions and other institutions eligible for Tri-Council funding, Highly Qualified Personnel (HQP) participating in the CFN Training Program, and Network Affiliates that collaborate or partner with CFN on a specific funded initiative or project.

Associate Members are individuals that provide beneficial and/or critical contributions to the Network but are not currently funded. Members of the general public, HQP mentors, and non-investigators on funded projects (e.g. project collaborators, knowledge users, knowledge brokers) may apply for associate membership. Previously funded Interdisciplinary Fellows and Summer Student Award recipients are automatically Associate Members on completion of their award periods.

Associate Membership is free - simply visit our membership page and provide your contact information to ensure that you receive the latest information from the Network.
