5th National Conference on Frailty

Conference HQP/student/trainee program

HQP/Trainee delegates to CFN’s annual conference share knowledge, best practices and policy, and network with attendees working in the field to collaborate and build relationships. Attendees include researchers, trainees, knowledge users, policy makers, patients and families and the public.

Some HQP are also required to submit abstracts and present posters. The purpose of abstract presentation and poster presentation is to provide participants with experiential learning relating to knowledge translation.

For the 2018 Conference, due to space and program limitations, only some participants in the CFN Interdisciplinary Training Program will be presenting posters:

  • Interdisciplinary Fellows – 2017 (required) and 2018 (optional)
  • Summer Students – 2018 (required) and 2017 (optional)
  • Trainees from selected current or recently-finished research or KT projects (by invitation only), as named by the Project Leaders

These HQP will receive personal invitations with details on CFN sponsored travel and accommodation.
