Your news is our news. We will be introducing a calendar of upcoming conferences, Network investigator lectures, and other events of common interest to those caring for the seriously ill, frail elderly. Please send us your information and we will do our best to include it in the newsletter, or on our website.

CFN holds 2nd Annual Conference
CFN held its 2nd Annual Conference on improving care for the frail elderly in Toronto from September 21 to 23, preceded by a Technology Symposium, a public lecture by Andre Picard, and public workshops on Patient Engagement and an Ethical Framework for Research. Over 200 attendees heard from keynote speaker Dr. Tom Noseworthy, plenary presentations from Dr. Andreas Laupacis, Dr. Jayna-Holroyd Leduc and Dr. John You, Click here to view slide presentations from plenary sessions. Close to 50 abstracts were submitted by trainees, and posters displayed and judged.

CFN Summer Students return to school.
