Canada’s only national conference dedicated to addressing the complex and growing issues of frailty

April 23-24, 2017 -- Toronto Chelsea Hotel

CFN 2017 Annual National Conference

More than a million Canadian seniors are living with frailty: this may double by 2022. What does Canada’s healthcare system need to look like in 2022 to meet this challenge? What evidence is needed? How do we scale best practices nationally? What domestic and international collaboratives could be formed to expedite this? How can we engage our citizens to transform care of older frail Canadians?

These questions and more were discussed at the Canadian Frailty Network (CFN) 2017 National Conference: Canada’s pre-eminent conference on frailty. Click here to see the final program.

COMING SOON ... presentations from the Conference will be posted here.

Over 270 participants in Toronto shared knowledge, brainstormed, and heard from leading Canadian and international experts in the field – addressing the full continuum of care, education/training and citizen engagement. In addition to presenting the latest knowledge – looking ahead to the next five years and beyond was a focal point and recurring theme throughout the conference.
