Mollie Cole Seniors Health Strategic Clinical Network

Mollie Cole is an advanced practice nurse with more than 25 years’ experience working to support the care of older adults in both Continuing and Acute Care settings. She is the Manager for the Seniors Health Strategic Clinical Network. In this role over the past 5 years, she led a provincial initiative to engage long-term care teams to address the appropriate use of antipsychotics in older adults with dementia. She is currently working on a project focused on supporting acute care team to implement care that minimizes the use of restraints and helps prevent delirium, falls and excessive disability from deconditioning.
