Brenda Gamble is an Associate Professor Faculty of Health Sciences, Ontario Tech University, and former Associate Dean Accredited Health Programs Faculty of Health Sciences (2016-2019). She also holds a research-based status appointment at the University of Toronto. Dr. Gamble obtained her PhD from University of Toronto (2006), and prior to joining Ontario Tech, she was an assistant professor in the Health Studies program at the University of Toronto (Scarborough campus). She is currently Chair of the Research Ethics Board of the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science, Research Scientist Canadian Military and Veterans Health Research Network (CMVHR), Ontario Tech University’s research lead for the development of a Palliative Care Atlas in the Ontario Durham Region, and a member of the steering committee for Ontario Tech University’s and Ontario Shores’ Clinical Demonstration Unit for Dementia Care.
