Kendra obtained a Bachelors of science in Kinesiology from the Université de Moncton in 2014, and has pursued an MSc Science in Exercise & Sport Sciences at the University of New Brunswick. She under the supervision of Dr. Danielle Bouchard and co-supervised by Dr. Grant Handrigan from the Université de Moncton. Kendra has worked previously with chronic populations and her study is called “Stand if You Can” studying how standing can improve physical capacity among frail older adults living in nursing homes using a multi-sites randomized control trial design.
