David Marshall, M.Sc. Queen’s University

David earned his M.Sc. in health services planning and administration from the UBC Department of Health Care and Epidemiology and followed that with a thirty year career as a health care executive including ten years as a CEO in community care. He is currently an Adjunct Professor in health care administration at St. Lawrence College. His research interests are in improving primary and community health care systems to better serve the rural community-dwelling frail elderly. He hopes to inform and influence health policy by leveraging his past experience and developing new knowledge in geographic gerontology.
