Conference Trainee program

HQP/Trainee delegates to CFN’s annual conference share knowledge, best practices and policy, and network with attendees working in the  care of older adults living with frailty.

Some HQP are also required to submit abstracts and present posters. The purpose of abstract presentation and poster presentation is to provide participants with experiential learning relating to knowledge translation.

The quality of the trainees, students and fellows in our Summer Student and Interdisciplinary Fellowship programs, as well as trainees on CFN-funded projects is truly excellent and something that we are very proud of.

A popular part of our National Conference is always the HQP poster exhibits. This year we had 57 trainee posters, and many spirited discussions with Conference attendees were held. The abstracts will be posted on the CFN website shortly and will be published in the Canadian Geriatrics Journal later this year.
