CFN Investigators receive CIHR Foundation Grants

September 18, 2017

Sharon Straus of St. Michael’s Hospital, and CFN Board Member, received $3,075,577 over 7 years for her project, Sustaining evidence-based chronic disease management.

Robin Urquhart of the Nova Scotia Health Authority, and CFN Network Investigator, received $957,545 over 5 years for her project, Follow-up care of cancer survivors: optimizing survivor and health system outcomes.
