Top 5 Innovations announced

CFN created the FRAILTY MATTERS Innovation Showcase to put the spotlight on Canada’s best innovations in care for older adults living with frailty.

Today we name the Top 5 Frailty Innovations that who will be featured in plenary sessions at the Showcase in Toronto on September 20th, held in conjunction with the CFN 2018 National Conference on Frailty. Attendees will then vote for the FRAILTY INNOVATION OF THE YEAR!

At the Showcase you’ll get a chance to network with the top innovators and learn about 25 other impressive innovations.
