Position: Virtual Reality Co-Creation – Postdoctoral Fellow
We are inviting applications for a Post-Doctoral Fellow (PDF) who specialises in Virtual Reality (VR), Human-Computer Interaction, and User-centered Design to co-lead a project to develop a new framework for co-design that includes end users (older adults) as peers within the design team through the creation of a new VR-based application. The successful candidate’s research will focus on: 1) guiding the development and evaluation of the VR application; 2) leading teamwork and communication between different stakeholders, and 3) establishing a co-constituted design framework, which includes guidance as to how to support and evaluate project management and team dynamics in this type of highly collaborative, user-driven co-design paradigm.
