Dr. Debbie Kelly is an Associate Professor and Special Advisor, Practice Innovation at the School of Pharmacy, Memorial University. She holds a cross-appointment to the Discipline of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine at Memorial and is the Clinical Pharmacotherapy Specialist to the provincial HIV program in NL.
Dr. Kelly is also the Director of the Medication Therapy Services (MTS) Clinic at the School of Pharmacy. The MTS Clinic provides comprehensive medication assessment services for patients with complex medication-related needs in a novel “Pharmacist Clinic” environment. The clinic also serves as an innovative practice site for pharmacy students as well as an incubation centre for health outcomes research. Dr. Kelly indulges her passion for optimizing patient care through collaborative practice in both her clinical practice and research pursuits.
