Kelly Kay is the Executive Director of the Seniors Care Network, an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and an Interdisciplinary Fellow with the Canadian Frailty Network. Kay’s past work has included direct practice, health policy, health administration – at the national, provincial and local levels – and education. She received her Masters of Arts in Leadership, with a Health Specialization, from Royal Roads University, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Adult Education and Community Development with Lifecourse and Ageing at the University of Toronto. Her research interests include health system design in collaboration with seniors and the use and limits of technology in the care of frail older adults.
