2015 Catalyst Grant Program — Reducing post-discharge potentially inappropriate medications amongst the elderly: a multi-centre electronic deprescribing intervention (CAT 2015-TG2)
Dr. Todd Campbell Lee is an attending Physician at the McGill University Health Centre, as well as an Associate Professor at McGill University. In addition, he is the current director of the General Internal Medicine Consultation Service at the Royal Victoria Hospital. Dr. Lee obtained his medical degrees from the University of Toronto, followed by completion of his residency training in internal medicine and a fellowship in infectious diseases. He also received his Master of Public Health from Harvard University. Lee’s research interests include deprescribing, infectious diseases, antimicrobial stewardship, quality improvement and patient safety.
