Megan O’Connell is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan and a member of the Rural and Remote Memory Clinic, researching issues relevant to rural dementia care. She studies the use of videoconferencing technology to deliver interventions to rural families of persons with dementias, such as Alzheimer Disease. Megan’s graduate students’ dissertation projects also use videoconferencing for rural dementia care.
