Adam Rahman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Western Ontario’s Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry and a general medicine physician in London. He is a medical school graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland, and completed residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Ottawa and Gastroenterology at Queen’s University. His clinical and research interests are focused on clinical nutrition and he went on to complete advanced training in clinical nutrition at the University of Chicago, followed by a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at the University of Toronto. He is currently completing a Masters of Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Toronto. Dr. Rahman’s expertise is focused on nutritional interventions to improve muscle mass and function in patients with serious illness.
