Holly Tuokko is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Victoria, and a member of the University’s Centre on Aging (COAG). Her research interests include: mental health challenges experienced by older adults, the impact these challenges have on everyday living, and how the needs of older adults with mental health challenges can be best met. In addition, her research examines the evolution of cognitive disorders in older adults and everyday competencies. Specific competencies of interest to her are driving, financial management, and end-of-life decision-making.
