Final Round of CFN FOCUS (Frailty Outcomes Consensus) Delphi is now open!
CFN is pleased to announce that the final round of the Delphi Survey for the Frailty Outcomes Consensus (FOCUS) Project is now open for voting. The final round is expected to close Feb. 7th.
If you are an older adult living with frailty, a caregiver, researcher, clinician, policy maker, industry representative, or working in the area of frailty, we welcome your participation in the survey.
The Delphi survey process is a structured process that allows for surveys to be conducted in a series of “rounds”, and that allows participants to analyze survey results and re-assess their answers with the aim of arriving at consensus.

Why FOCUS?
A set of common outcomes will enable findings from research and translational studies to be collectively analyzed to better inform patient care. The FOCUS (Frailty Outcomes Consensus) Project aims to standardize research studies so that common outcomes are captured in all frailty studies.
Your Participation:
- Completing a survey in which you score the importance of each outcome with regard to its inclusion in a group of common outcomes.
- Three rounds of voting (surveys) are planned over the span of a few months.
- Each survey will take approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.
