Jennifer Im, HBA University of Toronto

Jennifer Im, HBA, is a second year MSc student in health services research at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. Jennifer is also a trainee with the Health System Performance Research Network which is where she developed her interest in models of care for older adults with complex needs. Jennifer’s master’s thesis is titled, “Understanding goals of care in the management of complex conditions through patients with heart failure and their informal caregivers.” Jennifer received her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in 2015 from the University of Toronto where she completed a double major in health studies and bioethics.
