Dr. Sirois is an Associate Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation in the Faculty of Medicine at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire (CHU) de Québec. Dr. Sirois obtained her BSc in Occupational Therapy from the University of Montreal, and MSc and PhD in Epidemiology from Laval University. She subsequently did a Postdoctoral Fellowship specializing in Epidemiology of Trauma at McGill University. Dr. Sirois’ research focuses on preventative medicine, including studies examining psychosocial factors and barriers to mental health access, and methodologies to prevent functional decline in pre-frail and frail seniors.
