Training Program Requirements for HQP

HQP participating in the Canadian Frailty Network Interdisciplinary Training Program must complete a number of modules in addition to any research project work. The chart below details the requirements for each HQP track.

3. Overview of Best Practices for Patient/Citizen Engagement
4. CFN Webinar Series — Webinars are held two Wednesdays a month. HQP are expected to attend all webinars in series — click here to see schedule and links to register.
