Canadian Malnutrition Week

September 25-29, 2017 marks the third annual Canadian Malnutrition Week. CFN Network Investigators Heather Keller and Leah Gramlich co-chair the Canadian Malnutrition Task Force Advisory Committee, and the theme for the 2017 campaign is From Hospital to Home. Together with the Canadian Nutrition Society, the Task Force is hosting three webinars, and has produced a video and other materials targeted to healthcare professionals and decision makers.
