#FrailtyMatters to Nova Scotians: An event for Nova Scotians by Nova Scotians
The event will feature keynote speaker Dr. Ken Rockwood of Dalhousie University, as well as leading Nova Scotian researchers, clinicians and stakeholders. We will explore how frailty and aging impacts older Nova Scotians and their family/friend caregivers, steps we can each take to AVOID Frailty, and the ways in which our communities can improve healthcare and social supports for Nova Scotia’s growing seniors’ population living with frailty. Registration is free.
