What does frailty mean to you?

Tell us and you could win a new iPad mini!

Canada’s population is aging quickly. Today, many Canadians are living longer and healthier into their later years. But as the number of seniors grows, so does the number of frail elderly people with more complex health challenges and care needs. Canadian Frailty Network (CFN) is focused exclusively on improving care for this these frail elderly Canadians.

Frailty is a very personal matter and can mean different things to different people.  CFN is eager to hear your thoughts and ideas and personal stories of what frailty means to you.

We’re looking for your original video clips!
